Dear Sir/Madam,
As part of the “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav”, a celebration to commemorate 75 years of independence, the Government of Gujarat in partnership with the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India is organizing Vanijya Saptah from 20 September to 26 September 2021 with a focus on economic growth, especially promotion of exports from India.
A ‘Vanijya Utsav’ Showcasing India a Rising Economic Force is being organized to promote and showcase export potential in the state and exportable products and services in Gujarat. A two-day physical event (with full COVID protocol as per the guidelines of the State) is being organized on 21-22 September 2021 at Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA), AMA Complex, ATIRA Campus, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The event will bring together speakers from the Policy makers, EPCs, Chambers, Exporters and all stakeholders involved in the export ecosystem of the state. The event will focus on interactions and deliberations on the initiatives undertaken by the central and state government for promoting exports, export potential and opportunities, financing for exporters, issues faced by exporters, role of infrastructure, etc.. CHEMEXCIL & TEXPROCIL are the partner Export Promotion Councils (EPCs) for organizing this event in Gujarat.
As you may be aware, Gujarat is the largest exporter in India with a share of 21% of India’s exports. Additionally, Gujarat secured 1st position in the Export Preparedness Index (EPI) 2020 rankings. Gujarat provides the most effective ecosystem to exporters including infrastructure and policy support. It is crucial to promote exports in the state as it is one of the major contributors to the state’s GDP and employment generation.
We would like to invite you to visit the Exhibition and Technical Sessions organised for two days (21 – 22 September, 2021) from 9:45 AM Onwards. The exporters and businesses would receive extremely relevant inputs and insights from the esteemed speakers during the sessions.
The participants are requested to register on this link (https://forms.gle/JoPo155USWosRy219) for this program.
Thanking you and awaiting your kind communication.
Yours faithfully,
Deepak Gupta
