Dear Member-exporters,   All of you  may be aware that ‘Swach Bharat Mission’ is one of the flagship campaign of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modiji, wherein all Ministries  and the organisations coming under it  have to participate in promoting Swatchata activities throughout the year.  As part of the same, it has been decided to organise Swachhata Pakhwada.   In order to  boost and intensify this campaign, as per the directive of the  Ministry,  I am happy to inform you all that CHEMEXCIL has decided to celebrate the Swachhata  Pakhwada along with its member-exporters and the employees of  CHEMEXCIL from 1st to 15th November, 2018.   I would like to inform you that the Commerce Secretary, Dr. Anup Wadhawan had organised a review meeting with  Heads of all Organisations under the DoC on 29th October, 2018 in New Delhi which was attended by Joint Secretaries, Directors from the MoC, Representatives from the PSUs, EPCs, Trade Bodies and other Senior Officials from the Central  and State Governments.  The CS has advised to all concerned to take initiative by reaching out of their members to encourage for cleanliness and also invite suggestions from them about various elements/drives which need to be adopted, in addition to preparation of  a detailed action plan to cover up the elements for Swachhta Pakhwada.    Accordingly, the Council has decided to undertake some of the activities during Swachhata Pakhwada  to be  celebrated from 1.11.2018 to 15.11.2018, details of which  will  be circulated to all of you by separate Circular.    It is important for all of us to follow Swachhata Pakhwada with a resolution to keep India Clean & Green.  Therefore, it is my appeal to all of you to take initiative to make the Swachhata Pakhwada campaign a grand success during 1st to 15th November, 2018, for which the Council will use  social media (i.e. emails, web uploads, twitter, etc.)  as the means of Networking with all of you.  Thereafter,  it is my earnest request to  send us  your feedback of  activities undertaken along with photographs so as to enable me to inform the same to the Ministry.   Satish Wagh Chairman, CHEMEXCIL   Chairman Office Swastik Industries, 207/208, Udyog Bhavan, 1, Mangirsh, Plot No. 8, H.F.
