Exhibition for Buyers of Indonesia & Thailand”
from 15th -16th November 2021

Greetings from CHEMEXCIL!
We are pleased to inform you that CHEMEXCIL has decided to organize a Virtual Exhibition with the importers of Indonesia and Thailand from 15th -16th November-2021 with the active support of the Embassy of India in Indonesia and Thailand.
Indonesia and Thailand is an important and emerging market especially for Chemicals, Dyes & Dye, Agrochemicals, Cosmetics, Essential Oils, Chemical Intermediates and Specialty Chemicals and has HUGE potential for Chemical export Business.
As we all know that because of the COVID-19 pandemic there were restrictions on overseas travel which resulted in the cancellation of many trade promotional events across the globe. Hence CHEMEXCIL decided to shift our focus from participating in physical exhibitions to virtual shows to connect with overseas buyers.
As an export promotion measure, these Virtual Exhibitions will provide a unique opportunity to Indonesia and Thailand Buyers / Importers to interact with Indian manufacturers/exporters for sourcing their product requirements from India

Every year CHEMEXCIL is organizing Physical trade promotional events under the MAI Scheme of the Department of Commerce and Industry, Government of India in Indonesia and Thailand, and we have always received a good response from the Members.
This proposed Virtual Exhibition in INDONESIA & THAILAND is already approved under the MAI Scheme of the Department of Commerce and Industry for the year 2021-2022 for 30 no. of exhibitors. The charges mentioned below are subsidized rates under the MAI scheme.

IMPORTANT NOTE :
a. This is an approved event under the MAI scheme (Market Access Initiative) of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Govt. of India.
b. Stalls will be allocated strictly on a “First come First serve” basis subject to receipt of full payment.
c. A company having DEL STATUS (as per DGFT) is not eligible for participation.
d. The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 months. If the company did not complete a 12-months membership period and would like to participate in the event then the charges for the participants would be Rs. 25000/-+18% GST.
e. The exhibition is being done on a best efforts basis. All exhibitors are expected to use their commercial jurisprudence while negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery terms. CHEMEXCIL cannot guarantee the market credibility and/or financial stability of any buyer attending these meetings.
f. CHEMEXCIL does not guarantee any 'Confirmed meetings/any confirmed visitors.
g. Refund policy:
1. The participation charges are strictly non-refundable in any circumstances.
2. In case of any reason for cancellation from members, NO REFUND will be processed to the respective Company/Member.
3. In case of any reason of cancellation from CHEMEXCIL full REFUND will be processed to the respective Company/Member.
As we have a limited number of booths, interested members are requested to kindly send us their confirmation with duly filled MAI Application Form, Company Profile (Enclosed) along with the participation fee (Non-Refundable).
