We have great pleasure in inviting nominations for CHEMEXCIL Export Awards and Certificate of Merit for the year 2016-17 in recognition of your Company’s/Firm’s outstanding export performance.
Members who have been registered with this Council as Manufacturers / Manufacturer cum Merchant Exporters / Merchant Exporters should file their nominations alongwith their export performance. You are requested to forward the nominations to the Council as per the format given in Annexure–I (On Company’s letterhead with seal & duly signed by the authorized person).
The selection of Awards and Certificates of Merit will be done after taking into consideration the consistency and growth achieved in exports during the last three years in reference (i.e. 2014-15, 2015-16 & 2016-17) for 2016-17 nominations and diversification of exports, both commodities and new markets etc.
Member Exporters are requested to send the details of their products with their HS Code Numbers. The products which are falling under the purview of this council as per the HS Code numbers only will be taken into consideration while declaring Export Awards. Please also note that the products details of the items which are not coming under the purview of this council as per HS Code Numbers will not be taken into consideration for Export Award. The exports figures for the last three years should be duly certified by the Chartered Accountants (preferably by Chartered Accountant of the Company).
The Exporters should submit their nominations based on the respective category in which they are registered with the Council. The decision of selection of Awards by the Export Awards Committee will be final. The Guidelines for the Selection of the Awardees has been published on the Chemexcil Website (www.chemexcil.in). You are therefore requested to fill up the nomination form and forward the same to the undersigned, so as to reach the Council on or before 26th Feb., 2018 positively.

N.B. :
1. Information should be complete in all respects and should be accompanied by all relevant documents. Incomplete application in any respect may not be considered.
2. Exporters should clearly mention the category for which applies, such as Manufacture Exporter, Manufacture cum Merchant exporters or Merchant Exporter.
3. The decision of selection of awards by the Export Awards Committee will be final and binding on all the exporters and no appeals would be entertained by the Council.
