We have pleasure to inform you that as an export promotion measure, CHEMEXCIL is organizing 2 Buyer Seller Meets ( i.e; one at Jakarta, Indonesia and the other at Bangkok, Thailand on 17th March and 19th or 20th March, 2015 respectively on the items coming under its purview, viz. Dyes & Dye Intermediates, Inorganic Chemicals including Agrochemicals/Pesticides & Cosmetics & Toiletries, Under MDA scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.
An Overview of ASEAN Market :
ASEAN region is very important destination for Indian exporters and assumes tremendous significance in view of upcoming RCEP FTA. Traditionally, Indonesia has been a lucrative market for the items covered under CHEMEXCIL, specially Dyes and Dyes Intermediates with total exports touching USD 666.57 million in 2013-14.
Similarly, Thailand is also a significant market with exports amounting USD 235.75 million mainly from Inorganic, Organic & Agrochemicals and Dyes & Dyes Intermediates.
Objective :
The objective of this trade delegation is :-

to provide value-added business networking through one-to-one meetings with companies and Trade & Investment Promotion Organizations in these countries

to explore the possibilities of joint ventures, etc.

Participation Charges:

Buyer Seller Meet-Jakarta, Indonesia:- Rs. 20,000/- per delegate

Availability of MDA :
Please note the following:
-
Those who would like to join this BSM is eligible to get reimbursement of travel expenses by air (Economy Class with actual or maximum of Rs.70,000/- whichever is less) under Market Development Assistance scheme.
-
The firm should be a member of the Council at least for a period of 12 months.
-
The export of the firm during the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs.30 crores
-
The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.
-
The firm should submit export returns regularly to the Council.
-
It is mandatory to attend both the BSMs to be held in Indonesia and Thailand.
Terms of Payment:-
-
100% by cheque on the name of “CHEMEXCIL”.
-
Since time is very short, please confirm your participation on or before 24th Feb., 2015.
-
Due to limited MDA funds are available, confirmation shall be done only on “first come first serve basis “ after receipt of full payment by Cheque/DD.
-
In case of any reason of cancellation by the members, participation charges will not be refunded at any cost.
