CHEMEXCIL’s participation in 40th Dye Chem Bangladesh 2022 International Expo     for Dyes and Chemicals (BANGLADESH EXPO 2022)     to be held on 31st August – 3rd September 2022.

We are pleased to inform you that CHEMEXCIL will be participating in the 40th Dye Chem Bangladesh 2022 International Expo for Dyes and Chemicals, which will take place on 31st August, 2022 – 3rd September, 2022. in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The details of the show are as under

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

 

A.                    MAI Grant.

 

a.      The event is proposed to be covered under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India for the year 2022-2023. 

b.     MAI grant in terms of stall charges and Air fare will be available only to eligible 25 no. of exhibitors.  

c.       Eligible members will get the subsidized stall/space charges for maximum area of 6 sq. mt. and 9 sq.mt. (Even though they book a bigger stall size) 

d.      Charges mentioned for participation in this event is the subsidized cost of the stall hence no refund will be initiated by council during or after the event

 

 

B.                     Air fare

 

a.    Reimbursement of air-fare(economy class) to exporting companies (Exhibiting Company) with an f.o.b. value of exports below Rs.50 crore in the preceding financial year.

b.   Companies having export turnover “NIL” are not entitled to get Reimbursement of air-fare (economy class)

c.     Members to have completed 12 months of Membership of council.

d.     Regularly filing Export returns with the council

e.     Air fare will be permissible only to the regular Director / Partner/Proprietor or a regular officer of the company on senior managerial position

f.    Air fare Claim forms duly filled in and complete in all respects must be submitted to the council within 45 days of return to India.

 

 

C.         GENERAL

 

g.      A company having DEL STATUS (as per DGFT) is not eligible for participation under MAI scheme.

h.      Once the event is over exhibitors must submit the outcome report. Format will be provided by Chemexcil on site or on email

i.        Companies that has participated THRICE in this fare will not be eligible for subsidized stall rates/reimbursement of airfare

j.      Chemexcil will issue a visa recommendation letter as soon as you complete and submit the payment details

k.       In case of short of participation no. of exhibitors, council will not participation in the exhibition hence before booking air tickets and hotel accommodation consult council.

l.      This year CHEMEXCIL has booked prime area for members i.e. in Hall 5.

m.    Chemexcil Pavilion: Standard Stall 6 and 9 Sq.mt.

n.      Standard Stall will cover: Standard booth on top with CHEMEXCIL branding, 1-Table, 2-Chairs, and 1-electric plug point, 1-Dust bin, 2-Fluorescent Lights, Name fascia (For Extra amenities members shall arrange on their own).

 

C.      CHARGES OF PARTICIPATION (Detailed charges refer Annexure I) 

a.       MAI Subsidised stalls are 25-nos.

b.      The charges for the standard stall are as under

F.                      STALL/SPACE CANCELLATION

a.      No refund in case of
a.      Any cancellation from Participating company

b.      If payment is processed to respective vendors by council

c.       If change in floor plan/space at last moment by organizer.

b.      Full Refund will be initiated if council withdraws to participate in the event because of some reasons.

c.   Standard Stall (6& 9 sq.mt.) only on a subsidized rate for one member exporter, for any additional stall requirement the charges applicable will be non-subsidized

d.   Extra space/stall will be allocated only after allotment of Chemexcil pavilion after         discussing with organizer.

 

Since we have limited space, allocation of the stalls/space will be allocatedon a first come (Payment) first serve (Allocation) basis,
