Dear Sir / Madam,   It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that after the successful participation in CHINA INTERDYE 2018 exhibition at Shanghai, China, the Council is once again organising the INDIA PAVILION in CHINA INTERDYE 2019 under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India, which will be held from 10th – 12th April, 2019 at Shanghai, China. It is the perfect meeting point for the exhibitors to reach the global attendees and the perfect medium to know about the recent developments made in these industries. This show is being organised at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center (SWEECC) and has an exhibition area of around 40,000 sq. m. It is being held concurrently with China International Digital Textile Printing, Printing and Dyeing Automatics Exhibition 2019 (CHINA TEXTILE PRINTING 2019). The last edition of this exhibition was held from 11th -13th April 2018 and enjoyed participation from 630 domestic and overseas exhibitors from 17 countries and regions wherein there was participation from more than 7000 exhibitor representatives. This exhibition was attended by about 16,462 visitors from 53 countries and region. Various high quality seminars and professional events were organised.   EXHIBITORS PROFILE: Dyestuffs, Intermediates, Auxiliaries, Textile Chemicals, Organic Pigments Dyeing Equipments & Instruments Control and Protection Technology   FLOOR PLAN:  The floor plan is enclosed herewith. Stall No A810 is reserved for CHEMEXCIL. Stall No A690, A691, A692, A693, A694, A695, A696, A697, A698, A699, A700, A701 are reserved for members of SHEFEXIL (Shellac & Forest Products Export Promotion Council)   PARTICIPATION CHARGES: The event is covered under Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India. Members who fulfil the below mentioned eligibility conditions shall be eligible to get subsidised stall rates and reimbursement of airfare subject to submission of the outcome report after completion of the event, finalisation of accounts and funds received from the Govt of India. Only first 50 eligible members will get the subsidised stall charges for an area of 9 sq mt each, even-though bigger stall size is taken. The amount of subsidy will be informed and will be reimbursed on equal basis only after finalisation of accounts and receipt of funds from the Government.   The details of stall charges are mentioned below.   SHELL SCHEME CHARGES @ Rs 32,000/- per sq    mt RAW SPACE CHARGES @ Rs 20,500/- per sq mt 9 SQ MT 2,88,000/- 18 SQ MT 3,69,000/- 12 SQ MT 3,84,000/- 24 SQ MT 4,92,000/- Note:- Shell Scheme is available for 9 & 12 sq mt Raw Space is available for 18 sq mt and above. 30 SQ MT 6,15,000/- 36 SQ MT 7,38,000/- 48 SQ MT 9,84,000/-   ELIGIBILITY FOR SUBSIDISED STALL RATES / REIMBURSEMENT OF AIRFARE: As per the Revised MAI guidelines of the Ministry of Commerce, subsidised stall charges / Reimbursement of airfare will be provided as per below mentioned eligibility conditions.   Subsidised Stall Charges :-   Participation in China Interdye Exhibition under the India Pavilion should not be more than 3 times. If the company is participating for the fourth time they will have to pay the full cost of stall. The participating company should be a Member of the Council. The participating company should submit export returns to the Council regularly. The company claiming reimbursement from the Govt shall not be under investigation / charged / prosecuted/ debarred/ black listed under the Foreign Trade Policy of India or any other law relating to export and import businesses. "   Reimbursement of Airfare:- The participating company should be a Member of CHEMEXCIL at least for a period of 12 Months   Export turnover of the participating company in the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs 30 Crores.   Participation in China Interdye Exhibition under the India Pavilion should not be more than 3 times   The participating company should submit export returns to the Council regularly.   As per the MAI guidelines only Director/Partner/Proprietor of the company are eligible to get the airfare reimbursement.   The company claiming reimbursement from the Govt shall not be under investigation / charged / prosecuted/ debarred/ black listed under the Foreign Trade Policy of India or any other law relating to export and import businesses.   The participating company should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.   * The Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoC&I) has “in principle” approved the reimbursement of Airfare to the Member-Exporters participating in this exhibition. The reimbursement of Airfare / subsidy for stall charges will be made after finalisation of accounts in Ministry and subject to receipt of funds from the Govt of India.   SHELL SCHEME AMENITIES:   Space, Side Walls, carpeted floor, fascia board with company name, one reception desk with one chair, one electrical socket, two spot lights per stand, Round table with two chairs, dustbin. Council will provide electricity only for the shell scheme. Shell Scheme is available for 9 & 12 sq mt stalls only. Raw Space is available for 18 sq mt and above.   RAW SPACE: Raw space holders have to directly book the electricity with the organizers in China. Members taking raw space are requested to compulsorily incorporate the logos of ‘CHEMEXCIL’ and ‘Flag of India’ at a prominent position in their stall design and send the same directly to the organisers with a copy to amrita.regulatory@chemexcil.gov.in  . Also, you are requested to take necessary permissions of your stall design from the organizer as per the conditions mentioned in the Exhibitors manual.   CAP INDIA 2019 EXHIBITION: Members who want to book stall in China Interdye 2019 will have to book stall in CAPINDIA Exhibition as per below details. IMPORTANT POINTS: Due to limited availability of stalls and MAI assistance, the stalls for China Interdye 2019 will be allocated strictly on “First come First serve”basis by online stall allotment process only subject to receipt of payment.   A simultaneous payment for stall booking at CAPINDIA 2019 exhibition is a must. If the exhibitor desirous to take a stall at China Interdye 2019 has failed to book stall at CAPINDIA 2019 simultaneously will be refused the stall at China Interdye 2019. Exhibitors failing to the above condition may be denied the stall at China Interdye 2019.     PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE STALL BOOKING (MAI) OF CHINA INTERDYE 2019:   All stalls under MAI in the India Pavilion of China Interdye 2019 has to be booked online only.   The online stall booking will start on 11th Feb 2019 at 11.30 am.   The stalls can be booked by visiting the link https://chemexcil.in/events/ChinaInterdye2019/stall_registration.php       Alternatively, you may also visit our website https://chemexcil.in wherein a banner will be uploaded which will redirect you to the online stall booking page. The steps for online stall booking are enclosed herewith. You are requested to read the steps for online booking carefully before the stall booking starts.   TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR CHINA INTERDYE 2019 AND CAPINDIA EXHIBITION 2019:- CHINA INTERDYE EXHIBITION 100% by RTGS/ NEFT/ DD for China Interdye Exhibition.  Cheques are not allowed.   The RTGS / NEFT payment should get credited in Council’s bank account within 2 days from the date of booking the stall i.e. by 13th Feb 2019.   The actual Demand Draft should reach Council’s office latest by 14th Feb 2019. Send the scan copy of DD to amrita.regulatory@chemexcil.gov.in   The details of payment have to be updated online on stall booking page.   In case the payment is not received within the deadline, then the stalls will be automatically released by the system and it will be available for fresh bookings.   In case any payment is done and the member doesn’t get a stall in the exhibition during the online stall booking procedure then their stall charges will be refunded after the completion of the exhibition.
