It gives me great pleasure to inform you that Council has decided to participate in Agri Business Global Trade Summit scheduled to be held from 17 th– 19 th August, 2016 at Caribe Royale Hotel, Orlando, Florida. The said project is sanctioned under MDA.

ABOUT EXHIBITION:

The Agri Business Global Trade Summit is a global sourcing event for crop protection and plant health products. Its core attendees work in the upstream value chain as manufacturing companies, export and trading companies, importers, and distributors at the national level.

THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EXHIBITION:

CHEMEXCIL’S COMMODITYWISE EXPORTS TO U.S.A.

Council has booked a very premium space of 90 Sqm (14 Stalls of 6 Sq. Mtrs) in INDIA PAVILLION. Charges for 6 Sqm = Rs.3,55,000/- kindly note that Chemexcil has booked the space only for 14 stalls under MDA scheme.

The allocation of the booths will be done on first cum first serve basis. Since there are limited numbers of booths available you are requested to send your confirmation at the earliest.

The organizer is likely to change the floor plan therefore we have not attached the same herewith. However, the revised floor plan of the booth is awaited and will be sent to interested participants shortly.

Please note the following :

• Please note that since USA-Florida comes under General Area, the participants are eligible to get only MDA towards Stall Charges of Exhibition to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/- or actual and no reimbursement of Airfare

• IMPORTANT: - The said exhibition shall take place only if there is a minimum participation of 10 member-exporters.

• The firm should be a member of the Council at least for a period of 12 months.

• The export of the firm in immediate preceding year should not be more than 30 crores, even if there are no exports; the participants are eligible for MDA.

• Participant should submit export returns regularly to the Council.

• Please note that the firm can avail only one MDA at time in a financial year, under the same General Region.

• The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

Terms of Payment :-

• 100% by cheque on the name of “CHEMEXCIL SBI A/c No: 10996680725”

• Attached herewith is the floor plan for your selection of stall please. You are requested to choose the stall and send your confirmation in writing with the scan copy of cheque/DD.

• Since there are limited stalls, the stalls will be allocated on first come first serve basis after receipt of full payment.

• Please send scan copy of cheque on email id: project@chemexcil.gov.in mentioning the name of your company and the name of scheme.
