Participant charges for the Exhibition is as under:

Stall charges for the “China Coat 2016” Exhibition

Rs. 2,90,000/- for 9 sq.mtr. space per participant firm
|
Please note the following
-
Please note that since China come under the General Area, member-exporters who are participating in the above Exhibition are eligible to get MDA towards stall charges of the Exhibition to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/- or actual, whichever is less.

The firm should be a member of the Council at least for a period of 12 months.
-
The export of the firm in immediate preceding year should not be more than 30 crores, even if there are no exports, the participants are eligible for MDA.
-
Participant should submit export returns regularly to the Council.
-
The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

Since there are limited stalls, the stalls will be allocated on first come first serve basis after receipt of full payment.

Interested members are requested send their company profile in below format to shalaka.admin@chemexcil.gov.in in word format to print the catalogue of CHEMEXCIL exhibitors.

Council shall participate in the said exhibition only on confirmation from minimum 10 participants.
In case of any reason of cancellation from members, stall charges will be reimbursed as per the Committee of Administration decision as follows:
-
If any member wants to cancel their participation after making the payment due to unforeseen circumstances and request for refund of payment made before remitting the payment to the organizer by the Council, the Council may refund their payment after deducting 10% of the stall charges.
-
Once we release the payment to the Organizer and thereafter any member wants to cancel their participation and request for refund of the stall charges, No refund will be given. However, if Chemexcil gets any other confirmed member-participant for such cancelled stall, after deducting 10% administrative cost, Council will consider refunding 90% of the stall charges paid by the member.

c) If any member could not participate in the event after making the payment and requests for refund of the stall charges made, there will be no refund in such cases.
d) The representative of the Company from India who has booked the stall must be present in the stall all three days of the exhibition, failing to which the company will not be considered for the MDA Grant.
