Camps for EODC cases at DGFT RA’s
|

Dear Members,
Kindly note that we have received intimation from some of the DGFT RA’s (Mumbai & Kolkata) that they are organizing camps for quick closure of EODC cases, in line with instructions received from DGFT, New Delhi.
The purpose of the camp is to facilitate the issue of EODC in all those cases in which exporters have applied for the same and in which deficiency letters have been issued. In the camp, the respective files shall also be available, along with the dealing staff and the concerned Officers, so as to facilitate on the spot decisions.
The Intimation from Offices of Addl DGFT Mumbai and Kolkata are enclosed herewith for your reference. The schedule according to which exporters can present their cases in this camp is as per the Annexure attached.
We understand that other DGFT RA’s might also be organising such EODC camps. No sooner we get further intimations, we shall let you. Alternatively, members may also check with their respective DGFT RA about such an EODC camp and take it forward.
Members (specially AA/ EPCG holders) are requested to use this opportunity of resolving the EODC issue.
