Dear Members,   We would like to inform you that  the O/o Directorate General of Foreign Trade, New Delhi has issued Public Notice  No. 79/2015-20  dated 15/03/2019   &   Trade Notice no. 49/2015-20 dated 15/03/2019 regarding New Online facility for obtaining import license for ‘Restricted’ items from 18th March, 2019 (Para 2.50 of Handbook of Procedure, 2015-2020).   As an effect of Public Notice  No. 79/2015-20, online application format (ANF-2M) for obtaining import licence” Restricted Items” is notified.        The step by step process  of application is also provided in the Trade Notice no. 49/2015-20 dated 15/03/2019.   Members are requested to take note and do the needful accordingly, if applicable.  The said PN  &  Trade Notice are  available for reference using below links: http://dgft.gov.in/sites/default/files/scan0086.pdf http://dgft.gov.in/sites/default/files/PN-79%20dt-15.3.19%28E%29.pdf   Difficulties, if any, may be put forth to the concerned officers in the DGFT RA for redressal.  Persistent issues can also be highlighted to the council on ed@chemexcil.gov.in & deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in  for taking the same with O/o DGFT.   Thanking You,   Yours faithfully,     (S.G.
