Expiry Review Ruling on Nonyl Phenol anti-dumping case by MOFCOM China

Dear Members,
This is further to our earlier circular informing you about Expiry Review of the Anti-dumping Measures by MOFCOM against Nonyl Phenol originating in India.
We have now received communication from the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR” who have been informed by Embassy of India, Beijing, PRC regarding detailed Review Ruling on Nonyl Phenol anti-dumping case.
In this regard, please find attached following:
(i) MOFCOM, Government of China's detailed Review Ruling on Nonyl Phenol anti-dumping case
(ii) Unofficial translation of the covering letter
Kindly note that Indian side has 10 days to submit its comments to MOFCOM.
Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) has requested the council to coordinate with the Indian exporters who are participating in this investigation and indicate the issues which would be raised before the MOFCOM.
Relevant members are therefore requested to take note of the same and let us have your confirmation about participation in the investigation and also other points at the earliest i.e. by 12/03/2019 on e-mail id’s- ed@chemexcil.gov.in, deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in and rodelhi@chemexcil.gov.in .
