Expression of Interest for participation in China Interdye 2022 Exhibition
From 7th - 9th September, 2022 at Hangzhou International Expo Center
Via “ Online match-making platform”

Dear Members,
As you are aware, due to global concerns on the COVID pandemic outbreak all over the world and international travel restrictions, the Council was unable to organize Indian Pavilion at the China Interdye exhibition Aslo, the show was frequently postponed.
However, owing to continuous efforts for promoting exports and organizing Indian Pavilion at this mega show, we have been invited to participate in the China Interdye exhibition through a new “ Online match-making platform”
Event Date:- 7th -9th September, 2022
Event Venue:- Hangzhou International Expo Center (No. 353 Benjing Avenue, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou)
This year the show has been moved to new venue in Hangzhou which is one of the most economically dynamic cities in the Yangtze River Delta Region. As per organizers statistics, more than 70% of the professional visitors of China Interdye come from this region. In addition, the leading enterprises in the dye industry are also mostly distributed in Zheijang Province. Hence, dye exhibition being held in this region makes a solid foundation of both exhibitors and visitors.
Keeping in view the travel restrictions for Indians to China and the long term association with the Interdye team, the organizers have invited CHEMEXCIL members to the new form of match-making platform under which below benefits will be offered.
Ø One area and online match-making equipment set (one counter & one chair, one banner & one poster, one laptop & IT support, etc. the picture has been attached ) in the venue for each Indian exhibitor will be allocated. (Photo attached)
Ø Indian exhibitors should accredit one personnel of their Chinese partners or agents to present on behalf of them, and Indian staff can be present online to communicate with the visitors.
Ø If members don’t have any Chinese representative, then extra manpower service will be provided to them by the Interdye organizers.
Ø Indian exhibitors can list their target customers or potential clients to the Interdye team and organisers will try to invite them to attend the show.
Ø Indian exhibitor brochure will be printed and sent with the invitation letter.
The charges proposed by the organizers for the above type of participation exclusively for CHEMEXCIL members (subject to participation by minimum 10 members).

IMPORTANT NOTE:-
Ø Submission of this form (Link) doesn’t guarantee confirmation of participation in this exhibition
Ø Participation will be confirmed only after receiving minimum number of participations / necessary approvals etc strictly on First cum First serve basis.
Ø Minimum number of Participants required – 10 Members
Ø This exhibition is not approved under MAI Scheme of Govt of India, hence, subsidy will not be offered on the participation charges or airfare.
