Dear Sir/ Madam,
You are aware that as per para 3.19 of the new Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, exporters are required to file an application online for recognition of status by 30th June, 2015.
However, since the EDI Online Module of Status Holder Application is not available yet on DGFT website, as a measure of transitional arrangement, exporters may file the application manually, till EDI online module is ready or up-to 30th September, 2015 whichever is earlier. An option for filing the application manually in ANF 3C has been given till the EDI Online Module is ready or up-to 30th September, 2015. This relaxation has been provided vide Public Notice No. 17/2015-2020 dated 4th June, 2015.
As an effect of this public notice, Status Certificates issued under FTP 2009-14 shall now remain valid till 30th September, 2015 or till the issuance of status certificate under FTP 2015-20, whichever is earlier.
Members are requested to take note of the above transitional arrangement.
