We have received intimation from the O/o Additional DGFT Mumbai that a Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting is scheduled at the their Mumbai office under the Chairpersonship of Additional DGFT, Mumbai on 03/10/2016.

Kindly note that the above meeting is pursuant to the DGFT Trade Notice no 14 dated 24.08.2016 notifying Constitution of a Grievance Redressal committee at Delhi HQ level and Zonal RA’s level for speedy redressal of grievances of Trade/ Industry related to FTP and procedures. The committees shall meet regularly for resolution/ redressal of issues.
Members are kindly requested to avail this opportunity of grievance redressal and revert with their pending issues (specially related to O/o Addl DGFT Mumbai) or suggestions latest by 27 th September 2016 on our e-mail ids- Deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in & info@chemexcil.gov.in The pending issues should provide specific information like File numbers, dates of submission/ follow-ups etc so that the relevant officers can examine issues before the meeting and update you accordingly.
Your early replies will enable us compile all the issues and submit to O/o Addl. DGFT Mumbai within the deadline of 29 th Sept 2016.
