Dear Members,

The council has received communication from Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank)  that to facilitate/promote chemical exports from India  they are conducting a Study on Non-Tariff Measures (NTM) faced by Indian exporters in their markets abroad.

For conducting this study,  EXIM  Bank is availing the services of  a high level team comprising of a former Commerce Secretary and other eminent experts from the  trade and  industry  and have also contacted the council for consultation.

In this regard, to seek members feed-back and to record their views, EXIM bank has also provided  a questionnaire covering points on which information is sought.  The same  is enclosed herewith for your reference/ feed-back.

You will appreciate that this exercise provides an opportunity to the members to highlight  their concerns relating to SPS/TBT measures being undertaken by foreign markets.

Members are therefore requested to send  us  their reply with duly filled questionnaire  latest by 13/10/2018 on e-mail id’s ed@chemexcil.gov.inadreach@chemexcil.gov.in, deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in & rodelhi@chemexcil.gov.in .
