Comments on tariff lines in Korea’s revised request list for tariff concessions

Dear Members,
We have received communication from Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals (DCPC) wherein it is informed that they have received communication from D/o Commerce seeking comments on tariff lines in Korea’s revised request list for tariff concessions.
Attention is drawn to list of items enclosed having various products against different tariff lines which are under exclusion or sensitive category.
In this context, you are kindly requested to furnish the requisite information whether tariff concession can be given to Korea for chemical items in chapter no. 28, 29 & 38 in the enclosed list.
Your early replies will be appreciated and be mailed to us by 08/09/2018 on e-mail ids-ed@chemexcil.gov.in, deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in & rodelhi@chemexcil.gov.in so that we can submit the information to DCPC for deliberations.
