Issues faced with Central Insecticide Board (CIB) / Comments on PMFAI
representations

Dear Members,
As you are aware, Agrochemical exporters have reportedly faced issues while interacting with Central Insecticide Board (CIB). The council has also taken up with the same during meetings with Department of Commerce (DOC).
During one of our recent interactions with Joint Secretary (EP-CAP), DOC, it was suggested that we can have an interactive meeting with CIB officials for resolution/ clarity.
In this regard, we have received inputs from the Pesticides Manufacturers & Formulators Association of India (PMFAI) on CIB and also other issues which are enclosed herewith for your reference.
Considering the importance of the matter, we request your comments on PMFAI representations as well as suggestions for meeting with CIB.
