Dear Members,   This is further to our circular dated 03/01/2019 informing you about the  Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs  (CBIC)    Circular No. 01/2019-Customs dated 02/01/2019  regarding guidelines to the field formations/ concerned stakeholders  for  IGST Export Refunds–resolution of  EGM related errors.   In this regard, Office Of The Commissioner Of Customs (NS-II), Mumbai Zone-II, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House   have also  issued their Public Notice  No. 11/2019  dated 05/02/2019 regarding implementation.   The same is available for reference using below link-   PN-11-19    IGST Export Refunds–resolution of errors     05-Feb-19   Member  exporting from JNPT and   having pending IGST refunds due to EGM related errors may take note of the above PN issued by JNCH.    Difficulty, if any may also be brought to the notice of Deputy/Assistant Commissioner,  EGM Co-ordination  Cell, JNCH  through email/phones (email address: jnchegmcoordcell@gmail.com, phone No. 022-27244909).   For persistent issues, you can also write to the council on  ed@chemexcil.gov.in & deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in .   Thanking You, Yours faithfully,   S.G.
