Dear Member Exporter
Notice is hereby given that the 53rd Annual General Meeting of the BASIC CHEMICALS, COSMETICS AND DYES EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL, Mumbai will be held on Thursday the 29 th September, 2016 at 5.45 pm in the Garware Club House, Wankhede Stadium, ‘D’ Road, Churchagate, Mumbai - 400 020 to transact the following as per Article 34.2 of the Byelaws of the Council.
1. Chairman’s address
2. To receive, consider and adopt
A. Annual Report of the Working Committee for the year ended as on 31st March, 2016.
B. The Audited Income and Expenditure Accounts for the year ended as on 31st March, 2016.
C. Balance Sheet as on 31st March, 2016.
3. To place on record the names of the Committee Members under Para 34.2(b)
4. To appoint and fix the remuneration of the Auditors as required under Para 34.2(c)
N.B. Any member desirous of asking questions on the accounts of the Council or any other Queries during the meeting, is requested to give such questions in writing to the Executive Director, on or before 22nd September, 2016 before 3.00 pm.
The soft copy of the Fifty Third Annual Report is attached herewith and is also uploaded on the website of the CHEMEXCIL (https://chemexcil.in). Any member willing to see the hard copy of the Annual report can visit the Council’s Library in Mumbai Office during Office hours (Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm), except Council’s holidays.
