We thank you for your valuable support during last year’s LAC (Latin American Countries) exhibition which was at WTC Mexico City.
This year chemexcil is organizing an Indian Chemical Exhibition in Buenos Aires Argentina, followed by trade delegation to Peru, this exhibition and delegation will enable our exporters to interact and strengthen their existing relations with their buyers.
The purpose of trade exhibition is to promote India’s exports of Dyes and Dye Intermediates, Basic Inorganic & Organic Chemicals, including Agrochemicals, Soaps, Detergents, Cosmetics, toiletries & Essential Oils, Castor Oil and its derivatives and to create a positive brand image of Indian products.
This would also result into many more business opportunities, joint ventures and technology transfers.
Scope for Indian Companies:-

Indian companies can tap the emerging opportunities in the areas of Agro-Chemicals, Industrial Chemicals and Thermoplastics.

Other potential sub-sectors are Specialty Resins, Specialty Organic and In-organic Pigments, Fertilizers, Agro Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals for Leather and Textiles, etc.
Indo-Latin American countries bilateral trade has been growing at a remarkably stable rate.
The future bilateral trade and investment between India and Latin American countries is very bright.
With the help of Embassy of India in Argentina it has decided to hold an Indian Chemical Exhibition at Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center, (Libertador), San Martin 1225/1275Buenos Aires, 1104, Argentina. Followed by Buyer Seller meet at Peru.

The Stall charges for 9 Sq.mt. Stall would be INR 1, 50,000/- (One Lakh Fifty Thousand only)

Corner Stall of 9sq.mt. would be INR 1,65,000/-(One Lakh sixty five thousand)

Buyer Seller Meet Participation fees would be for Peru :-Rs. 20,000/per company.
Venue for BSM would be communicated as soon as we finish our negotiations.
Please note the following :

Those who would like to join this exhibition/ BSM is eligible to get reimbursement of travel expenses by air (Actual or maximum of Rs.100,000/- whichever is less) and Stall Charges of Rs. 1,50,000/- under Market Development Assistance scheme.

The firm should be a member of the Council at least for a period of 12 months.

The export of the firm in immediate preceding year should not be more than 30 crores, Even if there are no exports, the participants are eligible for MDA.

Participant should submit export returns regularly to the Council.

The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

Since there are limited stalls, the stalls will be allocated on first come first serve basis after receipt of full payment.

In case of any reason of cancellation from members stall charges will not be reimbursed
