Inviting Pre-Budget Proposals for the year 2017-18
|
|
Dear Members,
The Council has received intimation from the Deputy Secretary, Trade Finance Section, Dept. of Commerce regarding commencement of the Pre-Budget Exercise for the forthcoming year 2017-18.
In this regard, export-related proposals are invited for consideration by the Department of Commerce in the attached pro-forma format. Members are also requested to follow the guidelines specified in the attached Memorandum dated 1 st August 2016 received from the Trade Finance Section, Department of Commerce.
The budget proposals be sent taking into consideration following aspects:

Budget Proposals should be complete in all respects, properly categorized and HS Codes for each commodity must be provided.

Justification given in favour of the proposals shall be restricted to 300 words and annexure should be used, if necessary.

Issues discussed year after year but never agreed to, may not be raised again.
Members are requested to kindly forward their proposals in the specified pro-forma format latest by 25 th August 2016 on our e-mail ids deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in & balani.lic@chemexcil.gov.in .
Your timely responses shall be appreciated as the Council has to examine the proposals and collate them for onward submission to Department of Commerce by timeline of 30 th August, 2016. As per the directive of the memo, proposals received by DOC after 30 th August 2016 shall not be considered, so we solicit your co-operation in this regard.
