IMPORTANT NOTE:-
· This is an approved event under the MAI scheme (Market Access Initiative) of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Govt. of India.
· A company having DEL STATUS (as per DGFT) is not eligible for participation.
· The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 months. If the company did not complete a 12-months membership period and would like to participate in the event then the charges for the participants would be Rs. 25000/-+18% GST.
· The exhibition is being done on a best efforts basis. All exhibitors are expected to use their commercial jurisprudence while negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery terms. CHEMEXCIL cannot guarantee the market credibility and/or financial stability of any buyer attending these meetings.
· Only 30 booths are available, stalls will be allocated strictly on a “First come first served” basis after receipt of full payment.
· CHEMEXCIL does not guarantee any 'Confirmed meetings/any confirmed visitors.
· Company details like Product Video, Contact info, Website URL, Social Media Icons, Company Description, Product Listings, and Downloadable Documents Brochure, etc. Needs to be provided by exhibitors in the desired format.
· Charges mentioned above are subsidized rate under MAI scheme of DOC.
· Demo will be arranged to confirmed participants of the event.
· Only 30 booths are available, stalls will be allocated strictly on a “First come first served” basis after receipt of full payment.
· Last date of remitting the participation charges will be 1st August, 2022.
· Scan copy of NEFT/ RTGS details to be sent to rd.ahd@chemexcil.in /roahmedabad@chemexcil.in stating the name of your company.

CANCELLATION POLICY:-
· The participation charges are strictly non-refundable in any circumstances.
· In case of any reason for cancellation from members, NO REFUND will be processed to the respective Company/Member.
· In case of any reason of cancellation from CHEMEXCIL full REFUND will be processed to the respective Company/Member.
