Results of the 2015/2016 Annual GSP Review
|

Dear Members,
The Council has received communication from Under Secy, RMTR, DOC, Delhi that the Office of U.S. Trade Representative has announced the results of the 2015/2016 Annual GSP Review.
The outcomes which are specifically relevant for India are as follows:

USTR has decided to remove three products with respect to India, namely: Fluorescent brightening agent 32 ( HTS subheading 3204.20.10), Other fluorescent brightening agents (HTS 3204.20.80) and PET Resin (HTS 3207.60.00).

62 products from India have been granted de-minimis waivers
