It gives me great pleasure to inform you that Council has decided to participate in VIETBEAUTY Vietnam’s Premier International Beauty Show scheduled to be held from 18 th– 20 th August, 2016 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The said project is sanctioned under MDA.
ABOUT EXHIBITION:
VIETBEAUTY is Vietnam’s Premier International Beauty Show supported by the related Industry Associations including the Ho Chi Minh City Cosmetics Association, the Vietnam Essential Oils, Aromatherapy and Cosmetics Association and the Ho Chi Minh Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Vietbeauty is set to be the only true trade beauty platform in Vietnam. The event will feature products from Cosmetics, Fragrances and Toiletries, Skincare, Hair Care, Nail Care, Spas and Beauty equipment to full packaging, labelling and ingredient sourcing providing beauty products and solutions to beauty industry professionals all under one roof.

INDIA PAVILLION:-
Council has booked a very premium space of 90 Sqm (15 Stalls of 6 Sq. Mtrs) in INDIA PAVILLION. Charges for 6 Sqm = Rs.1, 45,000/- kindly note that Chemexcil has booked the space only for 15 stalls under MDA scheme and the allocation of the stalls will be done on first cum first basis.
The above booth rates will include:
Full 6 sqm shell scheme booth with basic amenities - Needle punch Carpet, White Polyester Laminated panels for the back wall, Two sidewalls and fascia board, Adhesive Vinyl Letters for the exhibitor’s name and booth numbers on the board, Fluorescent Lights (40 Watts), 1 Information Counter, 2 Folding chairs, 1 Waste Basket and 1 Socket.
Please note the following

Since Vietnam come under the Focus ASEAN Region, member-exporters who are participating in the above Exhibition are eligible to get MDA towards stall charges of the Exhibition to the tune of Rs.1,30,000/- or actual, Kindly note that reimbursement of Airfare by economy class subject to average fare claim by other participants or Rs. 70,000/- whichever is lower. Airfare for Reimbursement will be considered only during the period of Exhibition and place of the event.

IMPORTANT :- The said Exhibition shall take place only if there is a minimum participation of 10 member-exporters.

The firm should be a member of the Council at least for a period of 12 months.

The export of the firm in immediate preceding year should not be more than 30 crores, even if there are no exports; the participants are eligible for MDA.

Participant should submit export returns regularly to the Council.

Please note that the firm can avail only one MDA at time in a financial year, under the Focus Asia Region.

The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

Attached herewith is the floor plan for your selection of stall please. You are requested to choose the stall and send your confirmation in writing with the scan copy of cheque/DD.

Since there are limited stalls, the stalls will be allocated on first come first serve basis after receipt of full payment.
