We are pleased to inform you that Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Rajasthan Refinery Ltd (HRRL) is setting up a Greenfield 9 MMTPA Refinery cum Petrochemical Complex at Pachpadra in Barmer, Rajasthan. In order to promote business and generate employment opportunities in the Petroleum and Petrochemicals Sector, Government of Rajasthan has decided to develop a new Petroleum, Chemicals and Petrochemicals Investment Region (PCPIR) in the vicinity of Pachpadra- Barmer, Rajasthan, based on the Petrochemical Complex of 2 MMTPA which is one of the largest in India. 

With the objective to share the Investment Schemes of Government of Rajasthan, India and to explore the investment opportunities in this high potential field, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) (an undertaking of Govt. of Rajasthan) are organizing a Virtual Session on ‘Exploring Investment Opportunities in the Petroleum, Chemicals and Petrochemicals Investment Region (PCPIR)’ at 1500 hrs on 22^nd January 2021 through Virtual Platform. (Detailed Brochure is enclosed) 

 Shri Ashok Gehlot, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Govt. of Rajasthan has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest & Shri Prasadi Lal Meena, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Govt. of Rajasthan as Guest of Honour for the session. Sh. Niranjan Arya, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Rajasthan; Sh. Kuldeep Ranka, Principal Secretary to CM & Chairman, RIICO; Sh. Mukesh Kumar Surana, Chairman & Managing Director, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. and Sh. Ashutosh AT Pednekar, Secretary, Industries & Managing Director, RIICO shall also participate in the session. The presentation by HPCL and Industries Department, Govt. of Rajasthan about the schemes and incentives available in Rajasthan shall be followed by Open House.
