Trade Policy Review of USA at WTO

Dear Members,
We have received communication from the Director, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, MOC&F informing us that 14th Trade Policy Review (TPR) of United States is scheduled to be held in December 2018 at WTO Geneva.
Kindly note that Trade Policy Review (TPR) is a regular exercise conducted by WTO for each of its members at fixed periodic intervals and other members may question/ raise concerns on various laws, practices which have bearing on the international trade, directly or indirectly.
Since USA is an important market, members may highlight issues pertaining to USA which can be raised during the TPR. These issues may point out deficiencies in US Laws, policies and practices that restrain free and fair trade in goods and services, lack of transparency, discrimination against foreign goods and services etc.
