We wish to inform you that a new high in the bilateral trade and investment relationship between India and the UK was achieved on 4th May 2021 with the announcement of the India-UK Enhanced Trade Partnership [ETP] by the Prime Ministers of both the countries.
There are discussions going on Free Trade Agreement [ FTA ] between India and UK
India’s Free Trade Agreement [FTA] with the UK would allow us to explore the opportunities in trade and investment by making exports easier and promoting investment flows.
Benefits of this FTA
• Unlock the full potential of India-UK trade
• Allow us to explore the opportunities of exports in UK
• Making exports easier in UK
• Promoting investment flows in both the countries
• Greater access in the UK market.
Towards this endeavour, we seek your views and suggestions on the proposed FTA between India and the UK.
