This is in continuation of our mailers dated 02/05/2018 & 07/05/2018 regarding US GSP Review and follow-up action to be undertaken.
As informed earlier, interested members have to submit their comments online on Federal Rulemaking Portal https://www.regulations.gov using docket Number. (The docket No. for India review is USTR-2018-0006). Members, were also urged to request their US counterparts to submit similar comments from their side requesting continuation of US GSP benefits on exports from India.
Since the deadline for submission of comments is 5th June 2018 (11:59 PM ET), we hope your company has already made online submission on www.regulations.gov site.
If yes, Please mail us the tracking number/acknowledgement copy of your submission on www.regulations.gov website for records.
If not, please expedite and in case of any query on submission etc, please use below link for information-
