Dear Members,
As you are aware, existing Foreign Trade Policy and HBP 2015-2020 are valid up-to 30th September, 2021.
In this regard, O/o Directorate General of Foreign Trade, New Delhi has issued Notification No. 33/2015-2020 & Public Notice no 25/2015-2020 respectively dated 28th September, 2021 regarding extension of Foreign Trade Policy and HBP 2015-2020.
Effect of this Notification/ Public Notice:
The existing Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 which is valid up-to 30th September, 2021 is extended up-to 31st March, 2022. Likewise, Validity of HBP 2015-2020 has also been extended up-to 31st March, 2022.
Members are requested to take note of above extensions and do the needful accordingly. The said DGFT Notifications/ PN are available for reference on below links-
