We are pleased to inform you that the Council is planning to participate in 25 th Dye+Chem Bangladesh 2016 International Expo an exclusive & Only International exhibition of Bangladesh on all kinds of Dyes, Fine & Specialty chemicals, to be held at Bashundhara Convention City, Joar Sahara,Purbacal Express Highway (opposite to Bashundhara R/A) Dhaka-1229 from 31 st August-3 rd Sept, 2016.
“The 25 TH Dye+Chem Bangladesh 2016“will be the biggest meeting place ever held in Bangladesh for Buyers and Suppliers of Dyes & Chemicals and will also provide an interactive platform for Exhibitors to generate business through displays/direct interaction and will enhance the synergy effect and attract top level professionals from the Industry thus improving technology, focus and visitors of the expo.

Council has booked a very premium space of 144 Sqm (26 Stalls of 6 Sq. Mtrs) in INDIA PAVILLION. Charges for 6 Sqm = Rs.1,50,000/- kindly note that Chemexcil has booked the space only for 26 stalls under MDA scheme. The allocation of the booths will be done on first cum first serve basis. Since there are limited numbers of booths available you are requested to send your confirmation at the earliest.
Please note the following

Please note that since Bangladesh comes under General Area, the participants are eligible to get only MDA towards Stall Charges of Exhibition to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/- or actual and no reimbursement of Airfare

IMPORTANT: - The said exhibition shall take place only if there is a minimum participation of 15 member-exporters.

THE FIRM SHOULD BE A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL AT LEAST FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS.

The export of the firm in immediate preceding year should not be more than 30 crores, even if there are no exports; the participants are eligible for MDA.

Participant should submit export returns regularly to the Council.

Please note that the firm can avail only one MDA at time in a financial year, under the same General Region.

The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

Attached herewith is the floor plan for your selection of stall please. You are requested to choose the stall and send your confirmation in writing with the scan copy of cheque/DD. Stall No AE-16/3 has been booked in the name of CHEMEXCIL.

Since there are limited stalls, the stalls will be allocated on first come first serve basis after receipt of full payment.
