Dear Members,

Advance Cargo Information (ACI) is a new customs system under which Egyptian importers are required to declare full information about goods to be shipped to Egypt before actual loading from exporting country.  Upon the acceptance of Egyptian Authorities, a unique ACID will be issued for each ACI request.

In this regards council is in receipt of communication from the Embassy of India in Egypt informing that the Mission has been receiving several queries related to the new Advanced Cargo Information System being implemented in Egypt wef 1 July 2021.

Enclosed herewith is the user guide on this new (ACI) system received from the concerned Egyptian Authorities.
