Advisory on Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR) for Participating in Trade
Shows and Exhibitions in Hong Kong

Dear Sir/Madam,
CHEMEXCIL is in receipt of communication from Department informing about the necessary procedures for Indian passport holders planning to visit/participate in Trade Shows and Exhibitions in Hong Kong.
To facilitate a smooth entry into Hong Kong, it is mandatory for Indian passport holders to apply for online Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR) through the official Hong Kong Immigration Department website which is as under

The PAR is valid for a duration of six months, allowing for multiple visits. During each visit, PAR holders can stay in Hong Kong for a maximum of 14 days
To ensure ample time for alternative arrangements, it is recommended that Indian passport holders complete their online PAR well before the scheduled travel date. Notably, direct air transit without exiting the airport transit area does not require PAR
