The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued Notification no 26/2015-2020 dated 11th August 2020 regarding Amendment in import policy conditions under Chapters 29, 38 and 39 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule - I (Import Policy) for specific items.
We understand that a new import Policy Condition is added in Chapter 29 and 38 of ITC (1-1S), 2017, Schedule - 1 (Import Policy) as Policy Condition 4 and 5 respectively:
The Importer shall, for, each import consignment, submit a copy of the Bill of Entry within 30 days to the Ozone Cell, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi.
