Anti-Dumping Duty imposed on Methyl Acetoacetate vide MOF (DOR) Notification No. 22/2016-Customs (ADD) dated 31 st May 2016

Dear Members,
We would like to inform you that the Department of Revenue (MOF), Government of India has notified imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty on Methyl Acetoacetate (falling under Chapter 29) originating from USA and China.
The Anti-Dumping duty imposed under this notification ranges from US$ 0.243 to US$ 0.404/ kg and shall be effective for a period of five years (unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier) from the date of notification in the Official Gazette.
