Dear Members,

This is in continuation of our earlier circular  dated 28/10/2014 regarding receipt of application by Korea Trade Commission (KTC) for initiation of Anti-Dumping Investigation on imports of Ethyl Acetate (HS Code- 2915.31.0000)  into  South Korea originating from India.

In this connection, the Council has received intimation from  Embassy of India, South Korea   that  the Korean Trade Commission has issued an AD document dated Nov 20, 2014  regarding initiation of   Anti-Dumping Investigation on Ethyl Acetate exported from India.  The AD documents received from Korea Trade Commission  and  application for Participation in the Anti-Dumping Investigation are attached herewith  for your  information and necessary action.

Kindly note  that  the member-exporters who wish to participate in  the investigation process  and obtain an individual dumping margin may submit an application for participation not later than  Dec 11, 2014.  

The respondents selected, will be required to submit the  response to the Anti-dumping questionnaire not later than Dec 30, 2014.

Relevant Members are requested to take note of the above and do the needful within the stipulated deadlines.
