BIS Gazette Notification for extension of enforcement date of QCOs for 7 Chemicals:-Regarding

 

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Council is in receipt of communicaiton from Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals on extension of enforcement date of Quality Control Orders (QCOs) for 7 Chemicals viz.

 

    1. Lauric Acid

    2. Acid Oil

    3. Palm Fatty Acids

    4. Rice Bran Fatty Acids

    5. Coconut Fatty Acids

    6. Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids

    7. Methylene Chloride (Dichloromethane) 

 

The QCO orders for above 7-Chemicals shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2023.
