Extension of exemption from Integrated Tax and Compensation Cess up-to
31.03.2022 on goods imported against AA/EPCG authorizations

Dear Members,
This is regarding exemption from Integrated Tax and Compensation on goods imported against AA/EPCG authorizations which were valid till 31st March 2021.
In this regard, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India has issued Notification No. 23/2021-Customs dated 31st March, 2021 which seeks to extend the exemption from Integrated Tax and Compensation Cess upto 31.03.2022 on goods imported against AA/EPCG authorization.
Members are requested to take note of this extension and do the needful accordingly. For full details of amendments, you may refer to above said Notification on below link-
