We would like to  inform you that the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has issued some important  Notifications/ instructions regarding  Pre-Notice consultation Regulations 2018, issuance of Speaking Orders on Re-assessment within 15 Days and   Show Cause Notices (SCNs) and Adjudication Orders in Customs must be issued through DIGIT from 1 April 2018.
