The details of the show are as under :-

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES
A. MAI Grant.
a. The event is proposed to be covered under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India for the year 2022-2023.
b. Companies having export turnover “NIL” are not entitled to get any MAI grant.
c. MAI grant in terms of stall charges and Air fare will be available only to eligible 25 no. of exhibitors.
d. The subsidized stall/space charges will be reimburse only after approval of event under MAI scheme by
Dept of Commerce, Govt. of India.
e. Currently the approval for this event under MAI scheme of DOC is under process
f. The amount of subsidy will be informed to members/reimbursed only after approval and receipt of funds from Dept of Commerce
g. Eligible members will get the subsidized stall/space charges for maximum area of 9 sq. mt. (Even though they book a bigger stall size)
B. Air fare
a. Companies that has participated THRICE in this fare will not be eligible for subsidized stall rates/reimbursement of airfare
b. Reimbursement of air-fare to exporting companies (Exhibiting Company) with an f.o.b. value of exports below Rs.50 crore in the preceding financial year.
c. Members to have completed 12 months of Membership of council
d. Regularly filing Export returns with the council
e. Air fare will be permissible only to the regular Director / Partner/Proprietor or a regular officer of the company
on senior managerial position
f. Air fare Claim forms duly filled in and complete in all respects must be submitted to the council within 45 days of return to India. If not submitted airfare will not be reimbursed to those Member companies.
g. GENERAL
h. A company having DEL STATUS (as per DGFT) is not eligible for participation under MAI scheme.
i. Once the event is over exhibitors must submit the outcome report within 10 days Format will be provided by Chemexcil on site or on email.
j. Chemexcil will issue a visa recommendation letter as soon as you complete and submit the payment details
k. In case of short of participation no. of exhibitors, council will not participation in the exhibition hence before booking air tickets and hotel accommodation consult council.
C. STALL/SPACE CANCELLATION
a. No refund in case of
a. Any cancellation from Participating company
b. If payment is processed to respective vendors by council
c. If change in floor plan/space at last moment by organizer.
b. Full Refund will be initiated if council withdraws to participate in the event because of some reasons.
D. CHARGES OF PARTICIPATION (Detailed charges refer Annexure I)
a. Chemexcil Pavilion: Standard Stall (9-Sq.mt, 12-Sq.mt., 16 Sq. mt., 18-Sq.mt.)
b. Raw Space: - Available for 18 sq. mt. , 22-Sq.mt., 24, Sq.mt., 36Sq.mt., 42 Sq.mt. & 72 Sq.mt.
c. Standard Stall will cover: Standard booth on top with CHEMEXCIL branding, 1-Table, 2-Chairs, 1-electric plug point, 1-Dust bin, 2-Spotlights, Name fascia (For Extra amenities members shall arrange on their own).
E. TERMS OF PAYMENT:- Full Payment including taxes and entry fees if applicable
