It gives us great pleasure to inform you that CHEMEXCIL is organizing an Indian Chemical and Cosmetics Exhibition for LAC region focusing on below countries

Argentina

Brazil

Colombia

Mexico &

Peru

LAC is an important market, especially for Dyes & Dye Intermediates, Chemical, Agro Chemicals, Cosmetics sector & specialty chemicals.

The Export performance (F.Y. 2020-21) of the items coming under the purview of CHEMEXCIL to LAC Countries for the last year is as under,

The details of the event are as under

• Type: - Virtual Event.

• Product for showcase/Exhibitors Profile: - Dyes and Dye Intermediates, Basic Inorganic & Organic Chemicals, including Agrochemicals, Cosmetics, Soaps, Toiletries & Essential Oils, Specialty Chemicals, Lubricants And Castor oil.

• No of Indian companies eligible for MAI grant: 30 Nos.

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

• CHARGES OF PARTICIPATION

• Exporter having turnover up to INR 50 Cr: - Rs.20, 000/- + 18% GST = 23600/-

• Exporter having turnover above INR 50 Cr: - Rs.25, 000/- + 18% GST = 29500/-

• New Members who have not Completed 12 Months: Rs.25, 000/- + 18% GST = 29500/-

• Members having NIL Export turnover: Rs.25, 000/- + 18% GST = 29500/-

• Chat option (between Buyer and Seller) and other many features.

• STALL CANCELLATION POLICY

• No refund in case of

  • Any cancellation from Indian Participating company

  • If payment is processed to respective vendors by council

  • If change in floor plan/space at last moment.

• Full Refund will be initiated if council withdraws to participate in the event because of unavoidable circumstances.

• IMPORTANT NOTE

•  

• As per the Revised MAI guidelines of the Ministry, a company which has participated in THRICE in a particular fair will not be eligible for a subsidy. In such an eventuality, the company will have to pay the full cost for participation. i.e. Rs. 25000/-+18% GST

•  

• A company having DEL STATUS (as per DGFT) is not eligible for participation.

•  

• The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 months. If the company has not completed a 12-months membership period and would like to participate in the event then the charges for the participants would be Rs. 25000/-+18% GST.

•  

• Stalls will be allocated strictly on a “First come first served” basis subject to receipt of full payment.

•  

• CHEMEXCIL does not guarantee any 'Confirmed meetings/any confirmed visitors.

•  

• The exhibition is being done on a best efforts basis. All exhibitors are expected to use their commercial jurisprudence while negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery terms. CHEMEXCIL cannot guarantee the market credibility and/or financial stability of any buyer attending these meetings.

•  

• Demo will be arranged for the confirmed participants of the event.

• The Last date of remitting the participation charges will be 31st March 2022.

•  

• Scan copy of NEFT/ RTGS details to be sent to prasad@chemexcil.in  stating the name of your company.
