 ABOUT THE EXHIBITION:

7th Coating Vietnam in conjunction with Color, Spechem and Clean Water Vietnam 2020 is one of the most attractive annual international events in Vietnam. This will be a chance to all the coating, color, water chemical and speciality chemical enterprises for not only meeting and exchange value experience but also finding opportunities to co-operate with a lot of both local and abroad companies reliably. Coating Vietnam in conjunction with Color & Spechem Vietnam 2020 will focus on 3 main terms: Chemicals, Raw Material – Machinery Technology, Equipment – Paint products. Beside, Coatings Vietnam Expo 2020 will establish application of new technology, new product and materials which meet the demand of improving production from advanced countries to Vietnam market.

ELIGIBILITY FOR SUBSIDISED STALL RATES / REIMBURSEMENT OF AIRFARE:

2. MAI subsidy will be provided to a member for a maximum of two MAI events in a financial year. In case you have already participated in two MAI supported events in the current financial year you will not be eligible for the subsidized participation.

3.     Companies who had participated less than 3-times in this event(Past 1 or 2 times) are eligible to get reimbursement of stall charges approximate 1, 00,000 to 1, 25,000/-after the event is over and receipt of MAI grant from Department of Commerce and Industry govt. of India.

4.     MAI Subsidy is available /approved only to first 20-confirmed exhibitors who had participated less than 3-times in this event.

5.     Companies having export turnover “zero” for immediate preceding year, are not entitled for any MAI grant.

        For reimbursement of airfare, export turnover of the participating company in the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs. 30 Crores. In case the turnover is more than Rs30 Crores, then member will get the subsidized stall charges subject to fulfilling of above condition but they will not get the reimbursement of airfare.

6.     As per the MAI guidelines only Director / Partner / Proprietor of the company are eligible to get the airfare reimbursement(Economy class Airfare)

7.     The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 Months, for claiming airfare.

8.     The reimbursement of Airfare will be made after finalization of accounts in Ministry and subject to receipt of funds from the Govt. of India

9.     As per the directive of the Ministry of Commerce & Industries, it is mandatory to submit outcome report of the business generated after visiting the above delegation failing which MAI assistance in the next year edition may be refused and The participation in the next year edition would not be granted

10.   The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

12.   Please send your company profile in attached format to word format to print the catalogue of CHEMEXCIL exhibitors and to send the same to organizer.

13.   Chemexcil will issue visa recommendation letter as soon as you submit the payment and details of the passport as per the attached format.

14.   Please send us the scan copy of the passport & photograph of the person along with his designation, who is attending this event. It is mandatory to submit thescan copy of passport & photo.

15.   The members who will go for standard booth package of 6-Sq.mt. will get below amenities Standard booth of 6-sq.mt, Name fascia, 1-Table, 2-Chairs, 1-electric plug point, 1-Dust bin, 2 Fluorescent Tubes 40W

16.   Extra amenities members have to arrange on their own.

17. Council will not proceed with the participation in the exhibition held in Coating Vietnam + Color, Spechem and Clean Water Vietnam until the target of  20  Participants are completed. Hence members are advised to consult council before proceeding to booking of air tickets and hotel.
