As we all know that because of the COVID-19 pandemic there were restrictions on overseas travel which resulted in either cancellation or postponement of physical trade promotional events across the globe. And instead most of physical events are organised virtually.

Chemexcil has decided to organize Virtual Buyer Seller meet with the importers of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico (LAC) from 17th -19th March-2021 with active support of respective Embassy of India in those countries. 

LAC is an important market especially for Chemicals, Dyes & Dye, Agrochemicals, Chemical Intermediates and Speciality Chemicals. 

The Export performance of the items coming under purview of Chemexcil to Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico is as under

Every year CHEMEXCIL is organizing Physical trade promotional events under MAI scheme of Department of Commerce and Industry, Government of India in LAC region and we received good response from members. 

This proposed virtual Buyer Seller meet for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico is already approved under the MAI Scheme of the Department of Commerce and Industry for the year 2020-2021 for 40 no. of exhibitors.

v  Charges mentioned above are subsidized rate under MAI scheme of DOC. 

v  Demo will be arranged to confirm participants of the event.

v  Confirmation of the meeting room will be on a First come first confirmed” basis after receipt of full payment.

v  Last date of remitting the participation charges will be 15^th February 2021.

v CANCELLATION POLICY:- 

• In case of any reason for cancellation from members, NO REFUND will be processed to respective Company/Member.
• In case of any reason of cancellation from Chemexcil full REFUND will be processed to respective Company/Member.
