We wish to you inform you that CHEMEXCIL in association with Registrar Corp - India is organizing webinar on MoCRA Understanding New US FDA Cosmetic Regulations on 03rd September, 2024.
As you are aware, In December 2022, U.S. Congress passed a bill that will forever change the US FDA’s authority over cosmetic regulations in the United States. The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (known as “MoCRA”) focuses on provisions that will require domestic and foreign firms to register with US FDA, designate a US Agent for FDA communications, “list” their products, collect and report serious adverse events to US FDA, and many other transparency and safety elements.
A significant regulatory development in the United States that will impact all cosmetic.” This session will provide an overview of the key provisions of MoCRA, insights into the challenges of product listings, and strategies for compliance.

Ms JACLYN BELLEMO, Senior Director of Cosmetic Science and Regulatory Affairs, Registrar Corp, Hampton.
Ms. Jaclyn Bellomo, Director of Cosmetic Science and Regulatory Affairs, has over a decade of experience in cosmetic formulation, regulatory compliance, product development, and brand management. She holds a Bachelor's in Chemistry, an MS in Cosmetic Science, an MS in Regulatory Affairs, and an MBA. Ms. Jaclyn has worked with multinational beauty brands, specializing in formulations from concept to market. Active in industry committees, she ensures ongoing support for the cosmetic sector. At her current role, Ms. Jaclyn focuses on the new MoCRA regulations, R&D process streamlining, and compliance updates, working closely with the Cosmetri Product Manager and cGMP software.
