We are pleased to inform you that CHEMEXCIL in association with GPC is organizing Webinar on “China Pesticide Registration Updates”.
China, the world’s largest producer and exporter of pesticides, plays a key role in the global pesticide industry chain. In recent years, chemical accidents have occurred frequently. For the sake of industrial restructuring and environmental safety, increasingly strict policies have been published for pesticides’ use and management, resulting in a substantial increase in the threshold of pesticide industry. With the formal implementation of the updated “Pesticide Management Regulation” and its supporting regulations, the pesticide manufacturers and production varieties will be strictly regulated.
China plays a key role in the global pesticide supply chain. Chinese pesticide is regulated by Decree 677 of the State Council, Regulations on the Control of Agrochemicals, published in 2017. To assist foreign pesticide producers to meet the Chinese pesticide registration requirement, this webinar will present an overview of the latest pesticide registration policies and data requirements for successful registration. This webinar will cover both Mainland and HK China.
