Dear Members,

The China International Agrochemical & Crop Protection Exhibition provides chemical manufacturers, formulators, and traders the opportunity to make valuable business connections with leading distributors and agriculture input retailers, as well as hear the latest in-depth market analysis and updates from around the globe. For your kind information, this project is being organized under Market Access Initiative (MAI) of Ministry of commerce, Govt. of India.

The details of exhibition are as under:

Exhibitor Profile:    Pesticides – Products of Insecticides, Fungicides, Herbicides, Intermediates, Biological Pesticides, Technology, Ecology, Chemical Pesticides, Production & Processing technology. Fertilizers : Nitrogen Fertilizer, Phosphates Fertilizer, Potash Fertilizers, Compound Fertilizer, New Specialized Fertilizers like Seaweed & Biological Fertilizers. Crop Protection & Agrochemical Bio-engineering Technology – Plant Growth Regulators (PGR) transgenic products & other agricultural bio-engineering Technology.

CHEMEXCIL Booth Layout:-Refer attached Annexure A. This year chemexcil has booked prime area for members i.e. Area B in Hall N4.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

1.    This is an approved project under Ministry of commerce under MAI scheme (Market Access Initiative).

2.     As per the Revised MAI guidelines of the Ministry, a company that has participated THRICE in a particular fair will not be eligible for subsidy. In such eventuality the company will have to pay the discounted cost of booth mentioned in Annexure – A.

3.    Companies who had participated less than 3-times in this event (Past 1 or 2 rimes) are eligible to get reimbursement of stall charges approximate 1,00,000 to 1,25,000/-after the event is over and receipt of MAI grant from Department of Commerce and Industry govt. of India.

4.    Booth will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment to council

5.  MAI Subsidy is available/approved only to first 20-confirmed exhibitors who had participated less than 3-times in this event.

6.  Companies having export turnover zero are not entitled for any MAI grant. Export turnover of the participating company in the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs. 30 Crores. In case the turnover is more than 30 crores then members will not get the reimbursement of airfare.

7.    As per the MAI guidelines only Director / Partner / Proprietor of the company are eligible to get the airfare reimbursement

8.  The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 Months, for claiming airfare.

9.  The reimbursement of Airfare will be made after finalization of accounts in Ministry and subject to receipt of funds from the Govt. of India

10.  As per the directive of the Ministry of Commerce & Industries, it is mandatory to submit outcome report of the business generated after visiting the above delegation failing which MAI assistance in the next year edition may be refused and The participation in the next year edition would not be granted

11.  The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

13.  Chemexcil will issue visa recommendation letter as soon as you submit the payment and details of the passport as per the prescribed format which is mentioned below.

14.      Please send your company profile in below format to shobitha.admin@chemexcil.gov.in   in word format to print the catalogue of chemexcil exhibitors and to send the same to CAC organizer.

COMPANY PROFILE

15.      Please send us the scan copy of the passport photograph of the person along with his designation, who is attending this event. It is mandatory to submit the scan copy of passport photo.

16.      CAC-confirmed participants are requested to book minimum 4-sq.mt stall in CAPIDNIA 2019 event the cost the for the same would be Rs. 22,500+applicable GST for that purpose they can get in touch with undersigned or Mr. Prasad Arolkar on prasad.proj@chemexcil.gov.in

17.      On request, if member exporters would like to book maximum area the stall/space will be merged and allocated to respective members.

18.      The members who will go for standard booth package of 9-Sq.mt. will get below amenities
·        Standard booth of 9-sq.mt.
·        Booth designed on top with Chemexcil branding
·        1-Table
·        2-Chairs
·        1-electric plug point
·        1-Dust bin
·        Spot lights
·        Name fascia Chemexcil branding on top of booth.

19.      Extra amenities members have to arrange on their own.

20.      CANCELLATION POLICY

·        In case of any reason of cancellation from members stall charges / participation charges will not be refunded to respective company/Member.
·        If council made payment to vendors and because of unavoidable circumstances, natural calamities the event is cancelled then the stall charges, /participation charges will not be refunded to companies.
·        Council shall not proceed with the participation unless we achieve minimum target of 20-exhibitors hence members are advised to consult council before proceeding to book for air tickets and hotel.
·        If by any means last moment organizer changes the floor plan during the consolidation process the stall position might change, in such cases cancellation is not allowed council/organsier shall allocate the appropriate space available with the organizer. Exhibitors shall not ask for any refund for the said last minute change.
