Dear Members, 

Greetings from CHEMEXCIL!

It gives us great pleasure to inform you that CHEMEXCIL is participating in the 25th China International Dye Industry, Pigments and Textile Chemicals Exhibition (25TH CHINA INTERDYE 2026) to be held on 15-17 April, 2026 in Hall 1 at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Centre, Shanghai, China.  

About The Exhibition:

China Interdye is a premier international show, conducted annually, for the Dyes and Dye Intermediates, Pigments and Textile Chemical industry. It is the perfect meeting point for the exhibitors to reach the global attendees and the perfect medium to know about the recent developments made in these industries. The exhibition is spread over an area of around 40,000 sq. m.

The last 24th edition of this exhibition was held from 17th -19th April 2025 and enjoyed participation from 650 domestic and overseas exhibitors from 17 countries and regions wherein there was participation from more than 8000 exhibitor representatives. This exhibition was attended by about 16,683 visitors from 59 countries and region. There were 13 high quality seminars and professional events were organised.

To facilitate participation, stall prices are being kept as per the rates from last year, ensuring affordability for members

25TH CHINA INTERDYE 2026 (Stall Type, Stall Price, Amenities with payment Terms and Conditions):

Ø  Shell Scheme:  A Shell Scheme is a standard, ready-made booth where you just move in with your products, posters, or displays. Shell Scheme is available for stalls 9 and 12 Sq Mtrs.

Ø  RAW Scheme:  Raw Space means you get only Marked floor area (in square meters as booked) at the exhibition venue without any built-up booth or fittings.
             Raw Space is available for 18 sq. mt and above.

What Raw Space Holder need to arrange:
·         Stall design and fabrication, Furniture

·         Flooring/carpet
·         Lighting & electrical work
·         Furniture, displays, and decorations
·         Any extra permissions for stall height or heavy structures
·         Electricity

Ø  Raw Space Holder please ensure that your design prominently incorporates the CHEMEXCIL logo and the Indian flag, as this is mandatory for all participants.

Ø  Raw space holders have to directly book the electricity with the organisers in China

In the view of the same, Council has decided to proceed a step further and request its members to reserve their participation in China Interdye 2026 for securing their exhibition space by making 50%  advance payment as per the price mentioned above.

v  Terms & Conditions:

·         Membership Fee must be paid for the FYs 2025-26 & 2026-27.

ü  Stall Cancellation Policy:

If a member intends to cancel their participation due to unavoidable reasons, the

following rules will apply:

·         Once the payment has been released to the organizer, no refund will be provided for stall cancellation.
·         However, if a confirmed replacement participant is found, 90% of the stall charges may be refunded (after deducting a 10% administrative fee).
·         No cancellations will be permitted after the stall allotment.
·         No refund will be provided in case of visa rejection. Participants are advised to apply for the visa well in advance.
·         A full refund will be initiated if the Council withdraws from participating in the event for any reason.

Ø  TDS APPLICABLE:

10 % u/s 194 – I of the Act on stall booking charges at the time of making a payment of Stall charges.  Further please note that no further claim will be entertained if any of the members pays the TDS after the payment made for such charges

Ø  VISA:
·         All participants who have made the payment are requested to kindly apply for their visa well in advance. Last year, some member-exporters faced difficulties in obtaining their visas on time, and we wish to avoid similar issues this year.
·         Chemexcil will provide the Visa Recommendation Letter and also assist in obtaining the Invitation Letter from the organizers. However, please note that the approval and issuance of visas is entirely at the discretion of the Chinese Government. The Council’s role is limited to providing the necessary support documents.
·         In case any member-exporter’s visa application is not approved or is delayed, the Council shall not be responsible. To prevent last-minute hurdles or rejections, we strongly advise all members to initiate their visa application process well in advance.

Ø  CONTACT DETAILS: Please find attached a format that every participating member is requested to fill in with the name of the contact person, their mobile number, and email ID. This will help us:

a)       Communicate directly with the concerned person
b)       Avoid duplication of emails
c)       Ensure important communication (such as Tax invoices, visa recommendation letters, and other event updates) is not missed. Your cooperation will support the smooth functioning of the event.
