Chemspec Europe 2018 is the international exhibition for fine and specialty chemicals. The event offers manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of fine and specialty chemicals a dedicated marketplace to meet with purchasers and agents looking for specific products or bespoke solutions. The event is renowned for its specialized profile, presenting you with a platform to market your products and solutions exclusively to the fine and specialty chemicals community. Top-class seminars conveying the latest results in R&D and numerous networking opportunities round off the exhibition experience.
The 33rd edition of this highly successful industry event will take place from 20th June – 21st June 2018 in Hall 8, Koelnmesse, Cologne, Germany.

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES
· The event is covered under Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India.
· Members who fulfil the below mentioned eligibility conditions shall be eligible to get subsidised stall rates subject to submission of the outcome report after completion of the event, finalisation of accounts and funds received from Ministry of Commerce and Industry Govt. of India.
· Only first 20 eligible members will get the subsidised stall charges for an area of 9 sq.mt. each, even-though bigger stall size is taken.
· The amount of subsidy will be informed to members and will be reimbursed on equal basis only after finalisation of accounts and receipt of funds from the ministry
ELIGIBILITY FOR SUBSIDISED STALL RATES / REIMBURSEMENT OF AIRFARE:
1. As per the Revised MAI guidelines of the Ministry of commerce and Industry, a company that has participated THRICE in a particular fair (Same Fair) will not be eligible for subsidized stall rates / reimbursement of airfare and hence, would be required to pay the full cost of stall.
2. The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 Months, for claiming airfare.
3. For reimbursement of airfare, export turnover of the participating company in the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs 30 Crores. In case the turnover is more than 30 crs then member will get only the subsidised stall charges subject to fulfilling of above condition but member/exhibitor will not be eligible for reimbursement of airfare.
4. The Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoC&I) has “in principle” approved the reimbursement of Airfare to the Member-Exporters participating in this exhibition. The reimbursement will be done as per the terms and conditions laid down by the MoC&I under old MDA Scheme and after receipt of funds from the ministry. Members who is claim refund of airfare has to submit all documents as per old MDA guidelines with original boarding passes and copies of departure and arrival stamp on passport.
5. The reimbursement of Airfare / subsidy for stall charges will be made after finalisation of accounts in Ministry and subject to receipt of funds from the Govt of India.
6. The participating company should submit export returns to the Council regularly. The details of stall charges are mentioned below.
