COST OF THE STALL:-

CHEMEXCIL has booked 216 Sq. Mtrs. space in this exhibition, which has been divided into 9 Sq. Mtrs stall. The below mentioned is the special rate for the 9 sq. mtrs stall under the MDA scheme.

Cost of 9 sq. mtrs stall is Rs.91,012/- ( Break up: Stall charges @ Rs.81,000/- + Rs. 10,012/- Service Tax @ 12.36%)

The stall will be allotted  on ‘First-come-first-served’ basis

Payment of booking of stall through RTGS

Member-exporters of CHEMEXCIL can book their stalls online as per their choice by making the payment through RTGS. After making payment,  member-exporters have to  submit the scanned  copy of the Transaction Report of RTGS  on e.mail: rbsmchemexcil@gmail.com.  On receipt of scanned  copy of  RTGS payment, CHEMEXCIL l will confirm booking of Stall of the concerned member-exporter on his email.

PAYMENT THROUGH DEMAND DRAFT :

Member exporters who are not able to send their payment through RTGS, can book their stall by making payment through only Demand Draft.   Those member exporters who prefer to make the payment by Demand Draft instead of RTGS,  have to send their  DD of the requisite amount in the name of “CHEMEXCIL” along with their choice of stall numbers  and the company profile in the given format to CHEMEXCIL Head Office, Mumbai on E.Mail: rbsmchemexcil@gmail.com.  Accordingly, on receipt of the said DD, Council’s officer will book their stalls  online as per the choice of the concerned member-exporter or depending upon the availability of stalls at that time. CHEMEXCIL reserves the right to allot the stalls to the member exporters  who are booking the stalls through Demand Draft.

Further,Council will be bringing out an Export Catalogue which will be carrying article on achievements and development made by Indian Chemical Industry as well as company profiles of the participants.
