It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that Council is organizing trade delegation (Buyer Seller Meet) in Port Louis, MAURITIUS on 3rd February, 2020, Nairobi, KENYA on 5th February 2020, and Dar-es-salaam, TANZANIA on 7th February, 2020.
This event will be organized under Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.
The purpose of trade delegation is to promote India's exports of Dyes and Dye Intermediates, Basic Inorganic & Organic Chemicals, including Agrochemicals, Soaps, Detergents, Cosmetics, toiletries & Essential Oils, Castor Oil and its derivatives and to create a positive brand image of Indian products. This is would also result to interact directly with the buyers / importers / traders in Kenya, Tanzania and Mauritius to enhance India's exports in this region.
Indian companies can tap the emerging opportunities in the areas of Dyes and Dye Intermediates, Basic Inorganic & Organic Chemicals, including Agrochemicals, Soaps, Detergents, Cosmetics, toiletries & Essential Oils, Castor Oil and its derivatives.

Please note the following points:-
REIMBURSEMENT OF AIRFARE:
-
2. Members who have participated in two exhibitions through CHEMEXCIL in the same financial year under MAI scheme will not be eligible for subsidized stall rates & reimbursement of airfare. In such eventuality, the company will have to pay the full cost of stall.

3. The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 Months, for claiming airfare.

4. As per the MAI guidelines only Director / Partner / Proprietor of the company are eligible to get the airfare reimbursement.

5. Export turnover of the participating company in the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs. 30 Crores. In case the turnover is more than 30 crores then members will not get the reimbursement of airfare. Members who are having NIL exports for previous financial year than they are not eligible for refund of airfare if they participate in this event.

6. The Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoC&I) has “in principle” approved the reimbursement of Airfare to the Member-Exporters participating in this event. The reimbursement will be done as per the terms and conditions laid down by the MoC&I under old MDA Scheme and after receipt of funds from the ministry.

7. The participating company should submit export returns to the Council regularly.

8. The reimbursement of Airfare will be made after finalization of accounts in Ministry and subject to receipt of funds from the Govt. of India.

In case of any reason of cancellation from members BSM participation charges will not be refunded to respective company/Member.
If council made payment to vendors and because of unavoidable circumstances, natural calamities the event is cancelled then the stall charges, BSM participation charges will not be refunded to companies.
15. If council fails to generate desired number of participants for the entire event, than these events may be cancelled, hence before booking your hotels and air tickets please consult Chemexcil.
16. Chemexcil will only issue visa recommendation letters.
17. It is mandatory to send us the scan copy of the passport photograph of the person along with his designation, who is attending this event and also to submit the scan copy of his / her passport.
